I was totally satisfied with the service we received. The workers and salesman were very friendly and informative with their service. The greatest benefit of their services was having the peace of mind that our system is properly placed and working effectively.

I was having a what I thought was a small basement leak that I knew I needed to fix before I finished it but I was not expecting the big investment to fix it right.  I was hoping to just fix that small problem, ignoring the gamble of then finishing my basement and hoping that it would not get wet.  Doug did a great job of telling me the most important thing before finishing a my basement, make sure it would stay dry forever.  It would be a big waste of my money to do it again.

 Thomas understood and followed through with all of my requests. He is very knowledgeable in basement finishing!
