Woods Basement Systems came to our home to install waterproofing. The salesman did a good job and I was very pleased with the results. I can't think of anything that could have improved my Woods experience.

Shortly after the installation we received a 100-year rain of 7 ½” in a single evening. I had to keep going into my basement to check because I couldn’t hear the sump pump, but our basement was dry. Without the installation I probably would have had 8-10” of water in my basement.

Woods Basement Systems installed piers which straightened my front door. Your workers could ahve refused to do anything about my front door because of the condition of my foundation which is deteriorating. Your workers installed piering anyway that allows my front door to open and close again!

Fast work. Everyone cleaned up after the job was done. Very nice and friendly. Deserves a raise for sure!

The salesman did a good job with his presentation and wasn't even pushy or impolite. The crew that showed up did the work well and the job was completed on time. The system has done wonders to keep the water out of my home.

The annual maintenance was conducted on 24 July by Cory Schneider-Service Technician. Cory called on the way down to keep me informed of his arrival time which I greatly appreciated. Cory completed the annual maintenance on my system, explaining what he was accomplishing, why, and what I needed to keep watch on specifically in the mold and humidity areas.
