Thomas W. is the biggest reason we chose Woods.  His experience, knowledge and demeanor are everything a person in my position should be looking for when taking on this type of project.  He seemed genuinely concerned about the health of my home as well as our safety in residing there.  He answered all questions promptly and went above and beyond in dealing the flood insurance issue. The first crew on the scene, headed up by Jeremy, were two of the hardest working guys I've seen in a long time.  They were prompt, friendly and did their part with great skill, even in not so great weather conditions. I did not meet Melvin & his crew, but Mark told me that he was very impressed with their work ethic as well, and that's saying a lot coming from Mark.  The walls look amazing compared to the way they were before we started this project.  I am very happy to say that I feel I will be able live out my days in the home I have become very fond of due to the expertise and hard work of Woods Basement Systems.
