The entire process with only a few minor exceptions was excellent. The installation crew was very professional and worked very hard to complete the job in as little time as possible. I have no major complaints only praise for a job well done. Thank you.
Was a little pushy as far as insisting on the downpayment in order to reduce our overall cost. I was in the process of securing the funds necessary to cover the completed project and felt some consideration could have been made by the fact that I was working on the financing at the time of the presentation.
The only complaint I have and I believe it to be a minor one is that I would have liked for the crew to hook up the washer and dryer after they had disconnected them to do the demolition.
