Overall very pleased just need to explain options alit better during sales prep. A normal person doesn't really know difference between pumps, is pillar wrapping included etc. these things are important considering cost etc. mike and his crew was great and mainly because of them I'm pleased.
Salesman needs to explain sump options better and said nothing about wrapping pillars. Least enjoyable part of experience and caused install crew to not have backup up that was a big reason why we had done but mike made it happen next day. Also salesman said Sami dry was built in house which was false.
Excellent crew! Mike should get a raise! Very professional and couldn't be more pleased!
