Jake, Carlos and Mark went above and beyond to make sure I understand the products and how the system work. They were extremely patient, kind and helpful. They deserve some recognition, it is not easy to find hardworking employees and a crew that makes sure your opinion and concerns are addressed, but they certainly did!
