This company is top notch! I love that it is family owned and operated, and everyone I have come in contact with have been friendly, honest, efficient, and proficient. I have had my crawlspace encapsulated with installation of a dehumidifier and a sump pump. I have also had Smart Jacks placed by them. At their most recent visit, Dave Palmer was excellent, and he installed a battery operated back up sump pump for me. Woods Basement Systems stand by their work, equipment, and their warranties. Yes, the upfront cost may be a bit more expensive than other companies, but they install high quality equipment that they stand behind. And for qualified individuals, they offer 18 months 0% financing. For me, this company has been nothing but excellent!
