Cory Schneider is a professional; he was proficient, competent and capable of diagnosing the problems and making the necessary repairs to get the system back in running order. Cory is knowledgeable of the products and explained the systems operation to us in an easily understandable manner. Cory was courteous & considerate and is an excellent representative for Woods Basement Systems.
Cleanup was completed to our satisfaction.
