It is installed to the exterior discharge line to provide an escape for water in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged. Juan and his team also extended the discharge line away from her home. 

With these solutions, Rebecca's basement is dry and will stay dry.

Warren and Kathy K. of Paris, Illinois were sick of their musty, wet basement. Though they had a sump pump, it was inconveintly place and their basement was still wet. 

Foreman Melvin F. installed the TripleSafe sump pump system in the corner of their basement and filled in the previous sump hole. The TripleSafe sump pump system is equipped with three pumps to ensure their basement stays dry. Additionally, it is sealed tight so no moisture escapes from the pump into the basement. Warren and Kathy can now enjoy their dry basement with no musty smell.
