These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. These can be installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, sinks, or furniture. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good!

On this job, our team installed a CleanSpace™ and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to keep the crawl space free from humidity and moisture buildup that could lead to mold and other damage to the structure. We also installed three SmartJacks™ supports to help stabilize the crawl space to prevent the structure from caving in on itself. 

A business in Alton was experiencing water seeping into one of their rooms. this caused the carpet to be wet and potential mold growth from there. Woods Basement Systems came and installed WaterGuard™ paired with the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to ensure that any water that might be seeking in, gets removed by the sump pump. The WaterGuard™ leads the water to the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, then the water is pump to a designated drain point. This left the business happy with a comfortable workspace. 

On this job, our team installed PowerBraces™ along the walls of the basement. Over time, as water in the ground saturates the backfill soil around the foundation, it causes hydrostatic pressure that puts stress on the foundational walls of their basement. So the best method to fix this would be to install PowerBraces™. This will permanently stabilize the walls of the basement, ensuring that the walls won't collapse on each other in the future. Giving the customer some peace of mind knowing our product will keep them and their homes safe. 

Our amazing team installed 2 SmartJacks™ to ensure our customers' crawl space is stabilized and secured. This will help prevent any further damage in the crawl space and lift any sinking structures, creating a safe space for our customers to enter and exit their own crawl space.
