Woods installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the cracked walls. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors counteract the external soil pressure that damages walls. They permanently stabilize walls in place by connecting earth anchors embedded in the yard to wall plates on the inside of the walls using galvanized steel anchor rods. They can also straight walls over time by tightening them during dry periods.

This homeowner's foundation was settling, affecting the windowsill to the point of visible bowing. They opted for the Push Pier System, which is drilled into the ground, past the unstable soil and into load bearing soil, to permanently stabilize and even raise the foundation.
