That is why Keith scheduled Woods Basement Systems to turn his crawl space into a "CleanSpace." The CleanSpace encapsulation treatment separated the crawl space from outdoor conditions and now protects the crawl space from those outdoor conditions. With the assistance of our SmartSump sump pump and SaniDry CX dehumidifier Keith now has a clean and dry crawl space that he can use.

IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge lines to provide water with and exit in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged.

Concrete in Trenton, IL was sinking, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also used to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete.
