A concrete patio was sinking in Albers, IL, causing the slabs to become uneven and crack. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. In order to solve the issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard waterproofing system, which controls the direction of water to the sump pump and out of the house. Foreman, Jose L. installed the barrier. CleanSpace is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls and sends it to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home.
