This homeowner needed a solution to prevent her basement walls from cracking. She reached out to Woods Basement Systems and had a specialist look over the walls to see what an optimal solution would be. 

The specialist recommended installing push piers into the footing of the basement walls to lift and stabilize the walls back into place. Woods' push piers are made out of durable, galvanized steel that is pushed into the footing of the basement, and they are designed to lock and lift the settled foundation. 

This Nashville, Illinois crawl space was plagued with moisture and all of the problems that come with it. The homeowners floors were sagging and mold was growing in the crawl space, causing air quality issues. She wanted the problem dealt with quickly and professionally, so she called Woods Basement Systems. A Woods team installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the entire crawl space, sealing out all dirt and moisture and keeping the space dry.
