Homeowner Joyce G. of Sesser, Illinois was thinking about finishing her basement. She knew that before she could accomplish that she would need to waterproof the space. She had been dealing with a wet basement for over 10 years and was ready to have the problem fixed. After a recommendation from a family friend, she made a call to Woods Basement Systems. Foreman Michael Davies and his team installed a solution that would be perfect for her home. He installed WaterGuard along the floor/wall joint as well as replacing her old sump pump with our new TripleSafe System. Joyce was happy with the work done by the Woods Basement Systems team and is even having an estimate to have them finish the basement as well!

A crawlspace in Sesser, Illinois had supports that were starting to fail. The homeowners were placing bricks and other materials in the crawlspace, attempting to band-aid the support issues. To address the issue effectively, Woods opted to install new support piers to add increased stability. The SmartJack System addresses weak and unstable soils. Galvanized steel posts are custom fit and set in engineered fill to distribute the weight of the home. Thanks to the install, this home will remain sturdy for many years to come.

The previous sump pump installed in this Carlyle, Illinois basement did not have a battery backup or sealed lid to keep water vapor from escaping and causing higher humidity in the basement.  Our TripleSafe® sump pump system helps control basement humidity with its sealed lid and has a battery backup sump pump in case of a power outage.

This homeowner was referred by his sister and was trying to stop the leaking basement for years but finally called us.  He was handy so he cut out his own drywall prior to us installing our WaterGuard and would be responsible for putting it back up.
