By installing a WaterGuard, groundwater and leaks could be stopped at the floor and wall joint. Underneath Production Manager Frankie D., Foreman Robert D. and his crew installed this clog-proof system. In these photos, you can see how the WaterGuard leads directly to the sump pump, allowing water to be pumped out of the basement. Once it is laid properly, it is covered up with concrete, allowing it to blend back in with the rest of the floor. Now Warren and Joyce can have peace of mind that their basement is dry and safe!

A basement wall was leaking in Woodlawn, IL, so the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water.
