Mold Problems Photo Album: Water Rots Wood in Saint Charles, MO Basement

This resident of Saint Charles, MO did not have an effective waterproofing system in his basement, resulting in flooding during heavy rains.  His sump pump couldn’t keep up with the amount of incoming water, and the water had been causing serious damage to the drywall.  The resident was unaware of the rotting wood until he removed part of the drywall to inspect the problem.  The wood had become so weak that it had started to bow slightly.  When he saw the rotting wood, he immediately called Woods Basement Systems in order to solve the problem.
