A basement wall in Arnold, MO was settling, and leaking water onto the floors. To solve these issues, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner. This will stop water vapor from permeating the walls and drain leaks down to the WaterGuard system. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This drains water from the WaterGuard and from below the basement floor and discharges it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which will turn on if the power goes out and will effectively pump out the water. Next, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the downspout to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Lastly, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed to permanently stabilize the foundation. These will help straighten the walls back to their original position and keep them in place.
