A basement foundation in Mattoon, IL was bowing, causing cracks to form and water to leak out of them. This water was then pooling onto the floor, causing damage. To solve these issues, Woods first installed a CleanSpace Liner on the walls. This will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any wall leaks down to WaterGuard. This perimeter drainage system will catch these leaks and lead them to the sump system to be pumped out. Lastly, the PowerBrace System was installed to permanently stabilize the foundation. These will bring the wall back to its original position and keep it there. They will also close the cracks in the walls and prevent any more from appearing.
