Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracked and leaking Foundation Repaired in Saint Louis, MO Basement
Anita J was worried about her basement's foundation. It appears to be settling, creating cracks on the basement floor. She is also having some issues with water coming in. To solve these problems, Woods first installed the WaterGuard system. These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Next, Push Piers were installed underground to permanently stabilize the settling foundation and raise it back up. This will also help close cracks throughout the house. Lastly, NexusPro was applied to the cracks in the basement floor to seal them up and prevent them from spreading. Anita can now enjoy her dry, clean, and stable basement!
