Old Sump Pump
The pedestal sump pump and small volume-sized pit were replaced with our basement sump pump system.
Black 2 inch Pipe
Hidden behind the finished wall was an upstairs 22-inch drain line. All items, wood studs, and carpet tiles are removed to install our waterproofing system. We have the right products to add to this work when we uncover an unforeseen obstacle like the 2-inch drain line.
Inside Waterproofing
We have the right products to add to our customized basement waterproofing to manage obstacles common in a basement.
Outside Sump Pump Water Discharge
This is the measured location for the exit of the water that the sump pump inside is displacing.
Exterior Sump Pump Line
Once we move the sump pump water to the exterior of the home, we bury a four-inch PVC line to this ejection port, downhill away from the home.
Exterior Wall Anchor Location
Securing the basement sidewall, the placement of the exterior steel wall anchor plate is specifically measured to a proper distance.
Inside Waterproofing Inspection Port
One additional feature of our waterproofing systems is the inspection port with a virtually air-tight lid. As needed, there is also a "punch out" circle so a condensation line may be attached to our waterproofing piping that is re-concreted into the basement floor and drained to a sump pump.
Inspection Port Close Up
This is easy access as needed for follow-up inspection of our waterproofing system.
Sump Pump with Back Up
This sump pump system has 3 pumps, two primary pumps, and a third battery backup.
Double Steel Plates
In the dug-out holes in the yard, these double steel earth anchor plates are attached to the interior wall to stop movement in the foundation.
