Foundation Repair Photo Album: Basement Waterproofed and Repaired with WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and PowerBrace in Marthasville, MO

David H is having some problems with his basement. The foundation walls are bowing in, allowing water to leak through and allow mold to grow. He is also having water leakage from other places in the basement and would like a way to drain it out. Craig S and his crew installed the WaterGuard system, to catch, seal up, and drain away water directly to the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away. TrenchDrains were also installed to help drain water to the Sump Pump.  A CleanSpace Wall was also put on the foundation walls to prevent water vapor from coming in, making the walls clean and bright. It will also drain wall leaks.  To fix the bowing walls, a PowerBrace System was installed to help support the foundation. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and repair the cracks. These will also bring the foundation back to its original position, and keep it there. David can now enjoy his basement now that it will stay dry and stable!
