Foundation Repair Photo Album: PushPier Installation in O'Fallon Home
In O’Fallon, Missouri homeowner Timothy B. was having issues with the foundation of his home. Cracks were forming and growing on the walls inside and outside of his home, indicating signs of foundation settlement. He made a call to Woods Basement Systems after seeing an advertisement on television in hopes that we could help solve his problem. Luckily, we have several patented foundation repair solutions to lift and stabilize any home. To solve Timothy’s problem, our foreman Jose Lorenzana and team installed our PushPier system. PushPiers are designed to stabilize and/or lift foundations by transferring the weight of the home from unstable soil to the suitable more stable soils below.
PushPier Solution
Because push piers are driven all the way to bedrock or a stable soil layer, they are often the least risky solution when local soil conditions are unknown.
Closing Cracks with PushPiers
In many scenarios, push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing cracks and improving window and door operation.

The home was showings signs of foundation settlement with cracks along the brick exterior.
