Homeowners Mark and Brenda M. of Collinsville, Illinois were finding cracks on the foundation of their home. In the basement, the walls were unfinished with exposed foundation. Over the years they had noticed that the walls were cracking more and more each day. They knew that there was a major problem with their foundation, and wanted to find a solution to fix it before it got worse. They also wanted to have their basement waterproofed as well.
The couple called Woods Basement Systems to get a free estimate on their foundation and rainwater problems. After agreeing to the terms, they had our foreman Melvin Foster and his team out to the home to install our patented waterproofing system and PowerBrace system. Now, the couple’s basement is dry, stable, and safe for years to come.
Waterproofed Basement
Now the basement is completely waterproofed and stable.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the space, on-top of the footing keeping it clear of dirt and debris.
PowerBrace System
The PowerBrace system was installed to stabilize and hold the foundation walls in place.
TripleSafe
TripleSafe was installed to replace the existing sump pump system.
