Foundation Repair Photo Album: Supporting a Crawlspace with SmartJacks

Cathie S. of Granite City, Illinois was worried about her crawl space support. The floor above her crawl space was sinking, and the beams below were unstable and rotting. She was worried about her home above and wanted an easy way to fix the problem before it got any worse. She decided to call Woods Basement Systems and see what they could do.  We sent our foreman Jose Lorenzana and his team out to the home. SmartJacks are steel support systems used to permanently stabilize and level the girders and floor joists in a crawl space. Now, Cathie has peace of mind knowing her crawlspace is safe and stable.
