Foundation Repair Photo Album: SmartJacks Installed in O'Fallon, IL Home

In O’Fallon, Illinois homeowner Judy L. was having a problem with the floor above her crawlspace sinking in. Earlier in the year she had her crawlspace sealed and waterproofed thinking that it would fix her problem. Unfortunately that was not the case. Now, the problem was more of a foundation problem rather than a moisture or waterproofing problem. Judy decided to call Woods Basement Systems to help support her crawlspace. We sent our foreman Dwayne Morgan and his team out to the home to install our patented SmartJacks. SmartJacks are steel support systems used to permanently stabilize and level the girders and floor joists in a crawlspace. Installing these in Judy’s home will ensure the floors and walls of her home will be lifted back to their original position.
