After a very rainy spring and a now rainy summer season, Norma G. of Saint Charles, Missouri decided it was finally time to have her basement waterproofed. She had been dealing with the water problem in her basement for years but this weather made it much harder to keep up on. We sent our foreman Brett Jones out to Norma’s Saint Charles home to install several items that will ensure her home is dry and safe for years to come. With a combination of our patented items such as WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and IceGuard we guarantee her home will stay dry through any weather that may come her way. Now, Norma had peace of mind knowing her home is safe, and feels free of checking her basement all of the time.

IceGuard System

Our patented IceGuard is our outdoor drainage pipe that make sure the water is sent out of the home even if the pipe has become frozen or clogged.

WaterGuard System

The WaterGuard system works along with our TripleSafe sump pump to catch any water entering the basement, and send it up and out of the home.

WaterGuard does not rely on any filter fabric like other drainage systems, making it the most successful drainage system on the market.

WaterGuard Drainage

Our WaterGuard system is often times installed around the perimeter of the basement, setting on-top of the footing of the foundation to stay clear of any dirt or debris.

TripleSafe

The TripleSafe is our patented sump pump system. This device has a total of three pumps, two working during normal situations and one battery operated pump. This is crucial because if there happens to be a power outage during a storm (which often happens) you will have peace of mind knowing the sump pump will still be up and working.
