Years of neglecting the crawl space led to water damage that later transcended into structural damage. To waterproof the area, Team Woods would install a CleanSpace encapsulation system to block out harmful outer elements.

Geo-Locks Outside

Geo-Lock wall anchors are installed outside and are anchored inside to a steel plate on the crawl space wall. This creates tension so that the wall will move slowly back into its original position.

Geo-Locks are anchored inside and are attached to this pictured steel plate. These sturdy plates will pull the wall into a secure position.

Clean & Secure

Along with the Geo-Locks, a CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed onto the walls and floor to seal the crawl space from harmful outer elements. CleanSpace not only ensures a cleanly environment, but it also protects the crawl space from water damage and mold growth.
