These heavy-duty piers are pushed into the footing to take the weight of the house onto the piers to prevent cracking. Several push piers were installed all around the exterior to resecure the foundation. Thanks to this permanent solution, the home will not develop anymore cracks.

Exterior Cracks

The first sign that the homeowner noticed trouble was with the cracks in the foundation. These cracks only widened and had gotten worse with time.
