Hydrostatic Pressure Adds Pressure to Home
Hydrostatic pressure is the pressure that is built-up when water is absorbed in the soil surrounding the home. When the soil is saturated, this puts a great amount of pressure on the basement walls. This causes the basement walls to crack and bow.
Foundation Cracks Due to Pressure
This is the same wall that was just shown from the exterior. You can see how impactful the hydrostatic pressure had affected the basement wall.

Water Damage Also Found in the Basement
Another issue that arises from cracked and bowing walls is that this allows an easy access for water to enter. If you look at the bottom of the wall on the left of the image, you will notice water damage.
New PowerBraces Installed!

Why PowerBrace?
PowerBraces are steel, custom-fit beams that are anchored right into your basement. These beams help provide structure and stability to the damaged walls.
