Digging with an Excavator
Depending on the access, some exterior jobs use an excavator to remove the soil as needed in install exterior piers.
Hydraulic Pier RAM
The hydraulic piering ram is used to properly install every section of the pier tube needed to stop foundation settlement.
Pier Bracket
The Pier bracket is an "L" with the bottom going under the footing the vertical part going against the face of the footing. The center circular opening is where the pier tubes are installed.

The piering tube are made to have tube to tube connection for vertical integrity and strength.

Several sections make up one long individual pier that the hydraulic ram installs one at a time.
Final Pier
Every pier is properly placed and installed to stop the settling foundation from dropping further into the ground. Each pier is capped and completely secure restoring the foundation and supporting the home.
Exterior Piering Placement
Several holes are dug to get to the footing of the structure. Some of the porch or walkways may need to be removed for the line up of the number of piers required to provide the desired result, a stable foundation.
Clean up afterwords
The soil removed per pier location is replaced and cleaned up.
