Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Autumn noticed water stains in her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Jeremy developed a plan for her. Foreman Jeremy R. and his crew installed the PowerBraces to close the gaps in the walls that were letting water in. They also installed WaterGuard to collect any water that still got in before it got to the basement floor. Autumn and her family can now enjoy their basement without fear of the water.

Basement Before

The basement walls were allowing water to get into the basement.

Sump Pump Before WaterGuard

The sump pump was collecting water that pooled towards it but with WaterGuard also installed, it will get the water before it gets the basement. This allows the pump to remove more water than before.

Water Stained Floor

Here is an area where water was noticed coming in.

WaterGuard and PowerBraces

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter and will catch any water that comes in through gaps in the construction process. It will send it to the sump pump to be removed from the basement. The PowerBraces give the wall the extra support it needs by being anchored in to the floors and on the joist in the ceiling.
