Push Piers are made of steel so they will not rust in the soil. They are driven into the soil beneath the home down to the bedrock. He they transfer the weight of the home right to the bedrock instead of the moving soil. The foundation will not continue to settle and often times is returned to its original position.  Van now has confidence his home will not continue to settle.
