Epoxy wall crack repair is stronger than the original concrete and if it re-cracks it either was applied wrong or a serious settling problem has occurred.

We installed Foundation SupportWorks® push piers on the exterior of this Chesterfield, Missouri home to stop the foundation from settling.

This Percy, Illinois basement had water problems.  The soil around the foundation held too much water, causing the soil to swell. The walls then bowed, and water to seeped in.  Woods installed wall anchors and the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system to solve the problem.

A foundation was failing in a Percy, IL basement, as cracks were forming and water was leaking from them. To solve this issue, specialized GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These longer wall anchors are a customized solution for extreme foundation failure, as they will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through. This foundation will now remain stable and secure for years to come!

Customer was concerned that repaired wall crack were once again re-cracking in O'Fallon, IL.  It was determined that the basemetn foundation was settling and need a foundation peiring system. Once we installed our push piers we also did the crack repairs.

Some of the walls were bowing in the basement of an older home in O'Fallon, IL so foremen Todd Wells and his crew installed 13 units of Geo-Lock Wall Anchor Standard to help straighten the basement walls and keep them in place.
