A home in Webster Groves, MO, was dealing with unstable walls that needed to be addressed. The homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors are installed. These heavy duty steel anchors are embedded into the home using steel rods and pull the wall back into place as they are tightened. With this system in place, the homeowners can rest assured that their home is stabilized and safe.
This Ladue home's back addition was sinking and beginning to separate from the home. The homeowner was terrified of a total collapse, and he was ready to take action. After being called to the home, a Woods Basement Systems team installed several Low-Profile Push Piers underneath the sinking foundation. These incredibly strong piers are inserted through small holes in the ground and adjusted to lift the home back to level and provide support for the life of the structure.
A foundation was showing signs of failure in Saint Louis, MO, as cracks were forming. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was installed. This system is designed to stabilize a home’s foundation permanently. It will support the basement walls and straighten them over time. It will distribute the load evenly and eliminate the worry of damage caused by commonly seen wood floor joists. This system can be tightened over time and doesn't require any invasive drilling or digging. PowerBrace’s brackets are engineered to provide strong support to the joints and protect the floor system's durability. This foundation will remain stable and secure for years to come!

Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in their basement. The push pier, shown above, will support the level of the floor that is sinking, and over time will be able to raise it back up to its original height. This will help to stabilize the floors.

Foreman William T used PolyLevel to even out the concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will raise the level of the concrete and fill in the cracks. The injection leaves behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.
