Turtl installed:  I had to leave before finished but returned and they were still working.  The installation crew worked very hard under extremely difficult situations.  The weather was very cold with off and on rain, freezing  rain, and snow.  They worked in the mud with extra water constantly running in the window well from ground around the area. The concrete was very hard to saw and the existing window was difficult to get out.  They worked all day until 7:00 PM when there was no longer light.  They returned on Saturday morning at 8:00 to complete the job.  They spent well over an hour in the crawlspace making sure it was cleaned from all of the concrete dust.  The landscaping was left cleaned back to its original appearance.  They worked hard to do a good job under very uncomfortable conditions.
