Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Waterproofing and Stabilizing a Crawlspace in Saint Joseph, IL
A crawlspace in Saint Joseph, IL, was not only wet and humid, but also unstable. This was causing distress to the homeowners, so they decided to give Woods a call. To stabilize the crawlspace, SmartJack™ stabilizers were installed. These steel beams help to distribute the weight of the building and can be tightened over time. After the crawlspace was stabilized, it was time to focus on waterproofing. A CleanSpace™ liner was used to keep humidity and other outside elements out. A SaniDry™ Sedona was used to dehumidify the crawlspace. Lastly, a sump pump was then installed to discharge the water that was collected out of the crawlspace. With these systems in place, the homeowners can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is stable and dry.
