This Crestwood, MO homeowner contacted our waterproofing company because their crawl space was taking on water and was very moist and damp and needed a fast solution. Here are some job progress photos of how we encapsulated the crawl space to keep the moisture out.

Vapor Barrier

We installed insulation in the floor joists which also acts as a vapor barrier so moisture can get up there.

Window Well Waterproofing

We installed a well duct to capture any leaking water from the window and drain it to the existing sump pump.
