Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulating and Supporting a Hillsboro, IL Crawlspace
A crawlspace in Hillsboro, IL was in dire need of a moisture barrier. The ground that was covered with rock was beginning to mold. The crawlspace also needed some structural support as well. To solve these issues, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground, as well as keep debris and water out. The SmartJack System was also installed to stabilize beams and floor joists. These will lift the floors above the crawl space back toward their original elevation and reduce floor bounce caused by weakened floor joists or excessive spans. Thanks to these systems, the crawlspace will stay clean and stable for years to come!
