Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Musty Crawlspace Encapsulated with CleanSpace in Pacific, MO
Dennis M wanted to seal up his crawlspace. It was getting musty and humid due to the outside air coming in. To solve these issues, Woods first installed a CleanSpace liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the earth, and keep it free of insects, water, and mold. Next, an UltraSump was installed to pump any water that gets in out of the house. Lastly, IceGuard was installed outside of the house to drain out the water, even if the pipes freeze over in the winter. Dennis can now rest assured now that the crawlspace is dry and clean!
Crawlspace Before
This crawlspace is being exposed to the outside air, which is making the air musty and humid.
CleanSpace
A CleanSpace Liner has been installed to separate the crawlspace from the earth. This will also prevent water, insects, and dirt from entering as well.
UltraSump
This sump system will pump out any water that gets in the crawlspace, even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the battery back-up.
IceGuard
These will allow water to escape, even if the pipes freeze over in the winter.
