A homeowner in Champaign, IL contacted our waterproofing company because they were noticing cracks in the ceiling.  The home is on a crawl space so we came out for a free estimate to review what was going on.  After meeting with the owners, we encapsulated the crawl space to stop the moisture from getting in, a powerful dehumidifier, and vent covers to make the crawl space totally airtight.
