Rich K. of Browns, IL was interested in making his crawl space drier and less humid. Luckily, System Design Specialist Alex D. was able to help throughout the process. Underneath Production Manager Frankie D., Foreman Juan H. and his crew installed multiple systems that work well together to help keep the crawl space brighter, cleaner, and drier!

Before Installation: Not Encapsulated

Here is the crawl space before our systems were installed. It is moist, humid, and has plenty of dirt.

SmartJack System

SmartJacks are steel piers that are custom cut-to-size and provide the opportunity to lift sagging floors back up to their original position.

Stable Floors

SmartJacks adhere to the floor joists and provide permanent stabilization solution for the floors above. The steel is galvanized to prevent corrosion over time.

Adjustible

The SmartJack System can be adjusted over time to help fix future settling and to keep the floors safe and strong!

Clean and Dry

CleanSpace Encapsulation System is made up of a thick material, similar to pool liner, that is tear-resistant and can cover up bumpy floors and walls in the crawl space. It also prevents water vapor and moisture from permeating though the walls and floor, keeping the area safer and drier.

Less Humidity

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is small yet powerful piece of equipment. It works to keep the relative humidity below 55% and it filters out dust mite droppings and mold spores, keeping the air heathier.

Bright and Attractive

Not only does CleanSpace have great waterproofing qualities, it also helps make the area brighter and more attractive!

The Turtl

The Turtl is a crawl space access well that can come in multiple colors. It is attractive, allows easy access to the crawl space, and helps keep out moisture and debris from the crawl space entrance!
