Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foreman Deshawn A. were able to install multiple systems to help keep the area drier and to stabilize the floor joists. Now Pagie can enjoy her stable, less humid crawl space!

Before Installation

This crawl space is not encapsulated, allowing in unwanted humidity and moisture.

SmartJacks and CleanSpace

SmartJacks are steel beams that are designed to stabilize floor joists and fix sagging floors. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents water and water vapor from permeating though the ground and walls, keeping the area drier.

Goodbye Mold!

This material has a built-in antimicrobial that inhibits mold and mildew growth, preventing musty odors.
