Danny B. of Desloge, MO was interested in transforming his crawl space to make it drier and to fix the saggy floors above. Luckily, System Design Specialist Phil H. was able to help! Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foreman Tanner B. and his crew installed multiple systems, including a CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SmartJack system. Now Danny can rest assured that crawl space is now stabilized and dry!

Before Installation

Dirt crawl spaces can be home to unwanted pests, such as insects and critters. Moisture and humidity can lead to issues such as mold growth and wood rot- which are not great situations!

Encapsulated

The CleanSpace Encapsulation works to keep the crawl space drier! It acts as a vapor barrier to prevent water vapor from permeating though the ground, keeping down moisture levels.

SmartJacks

The SmartJack system works to lift up saggy floors by stabilizing the floor joist and beams.

Tough Material

CleanSpace is made of a thick blend of high and low density polyethylene, creating a tear-resistant material.

Goodbye Mold!

Not only does CleanSpace keep moisture levels lower, it also has a built-in antimicrobial called UltraFresh that inhibits mold growth! Say goodbye to musty odors!
