Before Installation

This crawl is not fully encapsulated. Floors can be colder in the winter time, creating higher heating bills.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace acts as a moisture barrier to prevent water from permeating through the floors and walls of the crawl space, keeping the encapsulated area drier.

Warmer Floors

CleanSpace can insulate the crawl space, keeping the upstairs floors warmer in the wintertime, reducing heating costs.
