Basement Before
You can see where the wall and the floor meet where the basement has some water damage.
Installing the Sump Pump
This homeowner purchased a new sump pump and pit. This sump pump has 3 pumps and stands inside of the pit. In the event one of the pumps gives out, there are two backups.
Battery Backup
The black box next to the sump pump pit is a battery backup. In case the home loses power during a storm, the sump pump system will still continue to pump water away from the house because of the battery backup.
Job Completed

New Discharge Line
We install underground discharge lines on any complete waterproofing system. The caps at the top of the discharge lines in the photos are what prevent the lines from freezing during cold temperatures so the system will continue to work.
Vapor Barrier
Because the water was seeping in from the windows, we installed a vapor barrier on the wall. This system captures water and directs it into the perimeter floor drainage system and then to the sump pump.
Wall Cracks
Wall cracks can allow water to seep into your basement. Here you can see a crack in the wall just below the window. There is some water damage in that area as well.
