Sagging Insulation

Certain moisture barriers, like this one, don't do their job over time, causing other issues. This crawlspace has sagging insulation due to moisture in the crawlspace.

Horizontal Crawl Space Cracks

Excessive water pressure from the outside usually causes horizontal cracks. In addition to other pressure sources such as soil movement, it is capable of deteriorating your foundation.

Before New Discharge Line Installation

Every time we waterproof a home, we also install a discharge line on the exterior to allow water to flow away from the house.

Crawl Space Thermal Insulation

Insulating crawl spaces is important. SilverGlo™ insulation provides a vapor barrier on your crawl space walls, keeping humidity and moisture out.

New Vapor Barrier Installed

We replaced the vapor barrier in the crawlspace with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier which is the white heavy-duty plastic material you see.

New Discharge Line Installed

The new discharge line is installed and buried underground. The two caps on the lines coming from the wall are IceGuard® which fit over the top of discharge lines to allow a secondary escape route of the water in case the lines freeze.
