They also installed SmartJacks where the brick supports were beginning to fail.  CleanSpace is our inorganic vapor barrier. Since it is inorganic mold cannot use it as a source of food. It keeps moisture and critters out of the space, giving you peace of mind.  The SmartJacks replacing weak bricks increases the safety and stability of the home and their steel assembly will not rust.  Melissa now has a crawl space she doesn't have to be scared of and she knows it isn't increasing her energy usage.
