David from White Hall, IL wanted to clean up his crawl space, and with the help of Woods Basement Systems, he was able to achieve this goal. Team Woods investigated the home and recommended installing SmartJacks into the crawl space to replace the old, wooden planks. Along with new SmartJack, Team Woods would install a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to seal and keep the crawl space clean and protected.

Before this crawl space had wooden planks as the support system to hold up the home. These planks aren't dependable and can weaken or break with time.

With SmartJacks

The new SmartJack in the corner is one of many SmartJacks that were installed in the crawl space. SmartJacks are installed into the girders and the floor joist to lock the crawl space into a stable position that won't break, unlike a wooden plank. These jacks will not rust and can support over 60,000 pounds!
