Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Sealing and Support in Moro, Illinois

The center part of the floor in this Moro, IL home was dropping and the homeowner placed jacks to try and level the floor.  Over time the wood structure had absorbed evaporating moisture in the crawl space and had rotten and soften causing the floor to sag.  A better beam support was need and galvanized support posts were added to manually adjust the floor back to level. Then the whole crawl space was sealed so the water vapor could not cause this problem again.
